Final Fantasy and Cowboy Bebop

The Real Folk Blues
Cowboy Bebop is a rare breed. Mixing 3d with Anime and having characters you can really sympathize with. Titles that pay hommage to popular songs, movies, and actors. A storyline masterfully written and actions scenes that are extreamly pleasing to the eye. The dark and mean world often runs right up against the light and warm hearted part of the same place. Spike and Jet, main character extrodinares, are two of the best anime characters ever to be drawn. Faye, a beautiful and trouble-making addition to the team, adds some steller scenes and mixes in her blend of comedy. Edward, the internet wiz, and Ein, the data dog, fit right in with this unlikely cast. Villians like Vicious haunt our minds as the evil all other evils should be compared to. Cowboy Bebop is one of the best shows of our time.

Final Fantasy
The best RPG series of all time. From the first installment, where four warriors of light banded togeather and fought evil, to the ninth where once again the series went back to it's roots of medieval swords and magic. Even to the upcoming, Final Fantasy X, who's jump to PS2 has inhanced not only the graphics but the ability for Square to tell some of the greatest stories ever. Two and Three not released in the Americas run via ROM on many computers. FF VI brought in the ATB battle system that we have learned to love and brought in the first "main" character. FF V (also not released in America till FF Anthology on the PS) made use of the Job System some still cherrish. FF VI made the most of the SNES' power and packed every inch of story and battling into the cart. FF VII made it's arrival on the PS with no disappointment whatsoever to Square, implimenting new found polygonal graphics and involving a story many consider to be the best in the series. FF VIII jumped the technology up a notch and with more realistic characters told a love story unlike no other. FF IX returned for it's swan song on the PS with supurb graphics and a return to the world where a fighter is a fighter and a mage a mage. With X looming on the horizon and XI being online this shall be around for years to come.
